Analytics display issue for sign-ups (Feb 10 - Feb 19)
We have deployed a fix for an issue where the new analytics dashboard displayed lower-than-actual email and phone collection counts for campaigns saved between Feb 10 and Feb 19.
Importantly, no leads or collected data were lost. All forms were successfully processed and securely captured. While the new dashboard cannot retroactively display the missing counts for this period, your complete data remains fully accessible:
- CSV Export: Download your campaign leads to view all collected emails and phone numbers.
- Old Analytics: Use the previous analytics page to view the correct email collection counts by unchecking the "New experience" toggle.
Dashboard tracking is fully accurate moving forward. Please accept our apologies for the reporting inconvenience.
